Consistency is key. How often you use red light therapy will depend on your goals, routine and how your body responds. Many people choose 2–5 sessions per week initially, then reduce the frequency as they move into a maintenance routine.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach, so start at a frequency that works for you and build consistency over time.

Red light therapy is generally well tolerated by most people. However, if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, are taking photosensitising medication, have a history of light sensitivity or are undergoing medical treatment, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before booking.
